This wooden almirah holds a quiet sense of ceremony. At the very top sits a scalloped crown, with a small round mirror nestled between two carved curls, like a little tribute to the craftsmanship below. The full length mirrored door reflects whatever room it watches over, opening up tight spaces and bringing in light where you need it most.
Step inside and you'll find generous room for clothes to hang, linens to fold neatly, or anything you would rather keep tucked away from view. At the base, a single drawer finished with a round brass pull holds the smaller things that tend to wander off, jewellery, scarves, letters you keep meaning to answer.
Despite the weight of its history, Prudie feels surprisingly light, standing on slender cabriole legs that curve outward like a dancer caught mid step.
