Artisans Rose reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms become effective once published on the website.
Eligibility to Transact
- You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
- By purchasing from the website, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract.
- In case a minor places an order, Artisans Rose reserves the right to cancel it and recover applicable charges from the guardian.
Order Placement
- Orders can be placed through the website or via WhatsApp/email with our support team.
- Once an order is placed, a confirmation email with the order details will be sent to the registered email address.
Payment Terms
- We accept payments through credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, Paytm, and bank transfer.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for select domestic orders and must be reconfirmed by our team.
- Customized, bulk, and international orders require full advance payment.
- Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within the next 1-3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery timelines are mentioned on individual product pages.
- Shipping within India is free unless otherwise specified.
- For international orders, shipping charges are extra and communicated before order confirmation. Customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Many of our products are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and may be marked as Final Sale.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products, reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the product and packaging.
- Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched.
- Customized and bulk orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method. In some cases, a credit voucher (valid for 6 months) may be issued.
Product Disclaimer
- Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, variations in texture, finish, color, and size may occur and are not considered defects.
- Product images are for reference; actual products may differ slightly in appearance.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, content, and branding displayed on artisansrose.com are the property of Artisans Rose. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Artisans Rose is not liable for:
- Delays caused by logistics partners or customs authorities
- Minor variations in handcrafted products
- Damages caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper use
- Unavailability of products due to stock changes
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
