  2. Related information about the procedure of payment and delivery of the product would be provided to purchaser through email.

Payment Procedure

  1. Payment procedure is quite easy at artisansrose.com. We use Razorpay Payment Gateway to process payments for Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Phone Banking, UPI, Wallet & Paytm as well as offline payments such as cheque / DD / Cash deposit in our bank account. However, customer are requested to send us payment confirmation proof via email (scan copy of bank counter slip / screenshot of NEFT Payment Or NEFT - RTGS transaction ID) in case of offline payments.
  2. Complete information about the payment is required before entertaining any kind of order.
  3. If the order is placed in weekend or on holidays then in that case processing of order will start on next working day.

Product Delivery

  1. Products are delivered within 2 weeks after the payment is received as it takes about 2 to 5 working days to transfer payment into account.
  2. Delivery of order should be taken in person, if the payment is made through credit card. In case of non presence any authorized person should be available in behalf of individual.
  3. Receipt is provided on delivery of product, which acts as confirmation of payment.

Order Cancellation

  3. Consumer retains the full right to cancel the order before delivery of order by informing our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of placing the order. No requests for cancellation will be accepted after this time. After dispatch of product, order would not be cancelled and customers are required to accept it according to the terms and conditions. If payment of the product is failed then in that case, cancellation can be done.

Procedure to Return the Products

In case of damages, users can return their product but they are required to go through certain procedure in order to return it.

  2. Order Number, Picture of damaged product and described reason to return the product should be provided by email.
