Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Artisans Rose, we aim to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and with complete transparency. Please review the updated policy below:
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving full payment except for cash on delivery orders.
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within the next 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Products with longer timelines will have estimated delivery periods mentioned on their respective product pages.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- We ship across India through reputed courier and logistics partners.
- Free standard shipping is included for domestic orders unless otherwise specified (e.g., oversized/custom orders).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for select domestic products and is processed only after reconfirmation from our team.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and India Post.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, and shared before order confirmation.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking Your Order
- Once an order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking number and courier details.
- You can also track your order via:

Shipping Addresses
- You may enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address during checkout.
- Once the order is dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery time is mentioned on each product page.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier schedules, remote locations, weather conditions, or regulatory delays.
- Artisans Rose is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or customs authorities.
Receiving Your Order
- At the time of delivery, you or an authorized representative may be asked to either sign a delivery receipt or verify the delivery with an OTP.
- We strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please record it with the delivery partner (by note or OTP remark) and inform us immediately so we can assist you promptly.
Missed Deliveries
- If you are unavailable to receive the order, the delivery partner may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Leave a pickup notice
- After three unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may then apply.
Packaging & Insurance
All orders are securely and professionally packed to ensure safe transit.
Insurance Coverage:
- For domestic shipments, insurance may be provided depending on the value, destination, and courier partner.
- For international or bulk orders, insurance is not included by default and can be arranged only on request at an additional cost.
If insurance is not requested or not applicable, Artisans Rose will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. In such cases, any claims must be taken up directly with the delivery partner.
Multiple Shipments
- Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on availability, dispatch location, or packaging requirements.
Force Majeure
Artisans Rose is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or lockdowns
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs delays
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or emergencies
