This one feels like it's been somewhere. Maybe across a desert on the back of a camel, maybe inside a merchant's quarters in an old port town. The Nuha Wooden Box has that kind of energy, worn, weathered, and full of stories it doesn't need to tell.
Made from solid mango wood, this dome-top trunk box is wrapped in layered textures that give it an almost medieval character. The curved lid features a diamond lattice pattern with warm, amber-toned bone or resin tiles set into each diamond, punctuated by dark brass-toned studs at every intersection. The edges of the lid are finished with a twisted rope-carved wood border that softens the structure just enough.
The front panel is where the hardware does its talking. A solid brass latch clasp sits centre stage, flanked by small brass studs and a scalloped brass trim along the base that adds a rugged, old-world charm. The sides carry the same carved rope edging, keeping the visual language consistent and grounded. Everything about this box says it was made to last, and to look better the older it gets.
It's compact enough for a bedside table, a vanity shelf, or a reading nook. Perfect for storing jewellery, cufflinks, small treasures, or anything you don't want tossed in a drawer. The Nuha isn't precious about itself, but it knows how to hold precious things.
Rugged. Warm. Built with hands that understood what permanence looks like.
